ABOUT MILFORD ON SEA PILATES
Following a career in sports massage in physiotherapy clinics in the French Alps and London, in 2012 I began my training as a Pilates Instructor with the internationally recognised Polestar Pilates in London.
Initially teaching at Southfields Physiotherapy, I moved home to Milford on Sea in 2015 and set up my own Pilates business.
I am currently teaching my own mat based classes in Milford and Keyhaven and at Reformer Rooms and Coast Pilates.
I'm passionate about bringing movement to all people and am the eternal student continually learning through Polestar Pilates and my colleagues. During lockdown I began my Pelvic Health training with Claire Sparrow, renowned expert in Pilates for Women's Health and now I help many women with their pelvic health concerns.

Pilates is one of the fastest growing forms of exercise. Developed from the rehabilitation and physical therapy techniques of Joseph Pilates. It is an intelligent and scientifically proven form of exercise with emphasis on breathing, balanced spinal movement, concentration, core control and full body alignment.
The quality of movement is valued over the quantity of movement. Pilates teaches us to be body aware ,breathe efficiently, move with little effort, concentrate better and develop a healthy body and mind.
Pelvic health client
Jenny has an outstanding knowledge of pelvic health. I've been attending her classes for over a year and I really notice the difference if I miss a few weeks. Jenny is such a kind, caring teacher, I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Karen
I was introduced to Jenny and after reading her resources I joined her pelvic health class, which was the best thing I ever did. The class has helped me so much and motivates me to do my exercises at home.
Kate
Jenny is the epitomy of movement is medicine.
